Garden Update: March 16th - 25th

Sorry for the lack of updates but here we go! Here are some photos of our bulbs and perennials coming up in the front garden!

 The three colours of crocus we have... classic, reminds me of the 

gardens in downtown Wolfville, NS.

 The front garden on March 22nd, the lawn is slowly being taken over...

 March 22nd, you can see our new tulips and 

classic day lilies emerging. 

 Three days later on March 25th, quite the ice little jump up!

 Irises jumping up, we have a great clump forming! 

We also have some classic yellow dutch daffodils blooming on March 25th.

Montreal Student Protest March

March 22nd was the Montreal Student Protest march. It was in support of freezing tuition prices in Quebec.
I was a part of Quebec history! I nice thing to check off my bucket list (before I turn 20). I grabbed some nice shots along the 10 km walk in the sun, rain and chill. I was out in the protest from noon until 6 pm. The environment had a vibe of peace and change, there were many people in costume and song. Drumming and dancing in the streets. Its an experience I will never forget.
