I made this great (tasting) cake for my friend Alec's birthday and send-off to Cambodia. It's a almond-vanilla rainbow cake with marshmallow fondant, a chocolate-rice-crispy Angkor Wat, Orchid flowers, a elephant and tooth-pick umbrellas! Let me tell you... it was devoured!
With gel icing, I wrote Happy Birthday in Khmer (Cambodian).
