I Graduated!

I'm finally here. No graduation caps. No valedictorian. Just close friends and an amazing local meal, made by my Headwaters class. (To learn more goto the Headwaters Page) All 18 of us graduated on June 23rd 2010! Although not everyone is heading off to university, it felt unreal to say goodbye to high school for me. 12 Years ago I would have no way of foreseeing what has happened in my school career. The three interdisciplinary programs (CELP, DaVinci & Headwaters) changed my entire view of the world and my interaction with it. I'm going to Concordia to learn how to be a creative being with the intentions of eventually becoming a teacher. I may of had a couple terrible ones in the past, but it's the teachers who I really enjoyed that made all the difference. I'm graduating with my french immersion certificate and an open door of possibilities. This summer will be the first with out school in 3 years and the first as an adult. I haven't planned much, so we'll see where it leads me. Stay tuned, keep updated! What's next?
